B4Theygo provides photo-based construction reviews and quality assessments for homeowners, builders, and contractors. Our service includes:

• Review of submitted project photos
• Documentation of visible issues and observations
• Delivery of a structured punch list or report
• Prioritization of findings by severity

Our reviews are based solely on visible conditions in photographs. We do not perform licensed inspections, test systems, assess code compliance, or make structural evaluations.

3. Limitations of Service

B4Theygo services are specifically limited to:

• Visible Conditions Only: We review only what is visible in photographs. Hidden, concealed, or inaccessible conditions are not evaluated.
• Photo-Based Review: We do not conduct on-site inspections or physical assessments.
• Non-Licensed Service: B4Theygo is not a licensed inspection service. We do not perform code compliance reviews or professional engineering assessments.
• System Testing: We do not test electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other mechanical systems.
• Structural Assessment: We do not evaluate structural integrity or provide structural engineering opinions.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your project
• Upload clear, representative photos of completed work
• Obtain necessary permissions before photographing properties and sharing photos with us
• Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code through our platform

5. Payment Terms

Pricing and Payment: All service pricing is displayed on our website. Payment is required before service delivery. We accept payment through PayPal and other methods displayed at checkout.

Turnaround Time: Standard reviews are delivered within 24 hours of submission. Builder/contractor plans may have different turnaround commitments as specified in service agreements.

No Refunds: Once a review is submitted and processing begins, payments are non-refundable. If you cancel before we begin processing, you may request a refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

AS-IS Service: B4Theygo services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• All visible issues will be identified
• Hidden or concealed defects will be discovered
• Issues identified are code violations or require correction
• Our findings will prevent all future problems

No Professional Advice: Our reviews are opinions based on visible observations. They do not constitute professional engineering, architectural, or inspection services. For significant construction concerns, consult with licensed professionals.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, B4Theygo's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless B4Theygo Construction and Consulting LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

8. Photo Rights and Confidentiality

Your Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to photos you submit. By submitting photos to B4Theygo, you grant us a limited license to:

• Review the photos to create your report
• Store photos securely to deliver your service
• Use photos in quality training (for internal purposes only) with identifying information removed

Photo Retention: For homeowner clients, we retain photos for 30 days following report delivery unless you request deletion. After 30 days, you may request permanent deletion. For builder/contractor clients, retention follows the terms of your service agreement.

Confidentiality: We do not share your project photos with third parties without your explicit written consent, except as required by law.

9. Contractor and Builder Service Addendum

Recurring Services: Builder and contractor clients may have monthly service agreements. These agreements include:

• A set number of reports per month
• Overages charged at the stated per-report rate
• Unused reports do not roll over to future months
• Agreement terms as specified in the signed contract

Quality Assurance Purpose: For builder and contractor clients, B4Theygo provides third-party quality oversight. Our findings are professional opinions based on visible conditions and do not constitute warranty of the contractor's work or guarantee of code compliance.

Photo Retention for Quality Control: Builder/contractor clients acknowledge that project photos may be retained for quality control and training purposes per the service agreement. Identifying information (names, addresses) will be removed for training use.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content from our website for commercial purposes
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to decode our methods
• Collect or track personal information of others
• Transmit unsolicited communications or spam
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. You agree to attempt to resolve disputes through informal negotiation before pursuing legal action.

12. Website Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on B4Theygo's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any server
